Senior Delivery Manager / Digital Project Manager

Our client is an international technology company based in Barcelona that builds digital products and technology ecosystems for large corporations.

Teams work in agile, multidisciplinary environments, managing digital products end to end and working closely with both business and technology. It is a dynamic, high-impact environment focused on large international projects.

The current challenge is to lead the global rollout of a digital loyalty ecosystem in more than 30 countries, coordinating multiple teams and stakeholders.

• Lead the international rollout of a digital strategy, including a loyalty programme across multiple markets.
• Define, manage and execute complex project plans, making sure deadlines, milestones and deliverables are met.
• Ensure alignment between business strategy and technology solutions.
• Coordinate multiple cross-functional teams (product, technology, business, headquarters and local teams).
• Identify and manage dependencies, risks and blockers across many parallel workstreams.
• Ensure the quality of deliveries and their business impact.
• Act as the bridge between technical and business stakeholders, enabling decision-making.

• Solid experience as a Delivery Manager or Digital Project Manager in complex environments.
• Background in managing international digital projects with many stakeholders.
• Experience working in agile environments (Agile, Scrum, etc.).
• Ability to manage several projects or workstreams at once.
• Excellent communication, organisation and prioritisation skills.
• Strategic, results-oriented profile.
• High level of English (international environment).
